Tūī - A4

Ko te whakamāramatanga o tēnei pikitia, ko te Tui te manu o waho, ko te Harakeke te tupu kei te taha matau, ā, koina tētahi o ngā tino tupu o te Tūī. I whakamahi au i ngā kara o te pō nā te mea, koinei ngā kara o ngā raukura o te Tui. Kotahi noa te tangata e mātaki ana i ngā Tūī e rua ngā e rere ana, ā, he kāpuapua ki te korokoro o te Tūī kia whakaatu i te poi o te Tūī. Ki te āta kite koe i te rangi, kei reira a Matariki e rewa ana i te pae.

The explination of this picture, the Tūī is the outlined bird, the bush in the right is Harakeke (flax) and those are one of the favourite trees of the Tūī. I used the colours of night because, these are the colours of the feather’s of the Tūī. There’s only one person watching two Tūī flying and there’s a cloud a the throat of the Tūī to represent its white tuffs. If you also look at the sky, there’s Matariki.
